The Frequency Method is a Kansas City based fitness experience dedicated to building strength through heat and beat-based movement. Our mission is to empower you with dynamic, music-driven workouts that sculpt your body, ignite your energy, and resonate far beyond your mat. By syncing breath, rhythm, and resistance, we help you tune into your highest frequency.
the founder
From an early age, movement has been my passion. With a background in dance and music, I built a career as a professional dancer in Los Angeles before transitioning into fitness during the pandemic. Teaching online classes opened the door to a new path, blending rhythm, strength, and community.
Now based in Kansas City, I’ve developed The Frequency Method, a heated, beat-driven fitness approach that connects body and brain through intentional, music-powered movement. My classes highlight rhythm, energy, and functional strength, helping improve mobility, pelvic floor health, and core stability.
Over the past five years, I’ve cultivated a thriving community teaching throughout the Kansas City area, and I’m excited to continue to inspire transformation through movement, music, and frequency.
