​We'll be flowing through gentle poses designed for you and your tiny human, creating those sweet moments that make the sleepless nights worth it. This is a pilates workout made for two. Bring your ride or die to flow side by side in a series of partnered mat exercises. Transferring weight back and forth, you'll be challenged to share balance of stability while supporting and encouraging each other — a true test of teamwork.
